What is the problem?
In some Fiat Ducato chassis with an automatic gearbox, something goes wrong in the torque converter. This can cause the motorhome to go into an emergency mode. In that mode, you can't drive as fast and some functions don't work properly. This can be very annoying and sometimes dangerous.
There are also complaints about the 9-speed automatic transmission. This can be due to errors in the engine controller software (ECU) or the automatic transmission controller (TCM).

Fiat has created a special update to solve these problems. This update changes the engine and automatic's software so that everything works properly again.

- The update takes about 30 minutes.
- The update is free of charge and is done by a Fiat Professional dealer.
- If your motorhome needs an update, you will be notified by your dealer. Have you not been notified, but think your motorhome has this problem? If so, contact your dealer.
